Quarterly Teranet-National Bank House Price Index™ Sub-Indices
- Reports quarterly on price changes in specific regions, markets and neighbourhoods by property type
- Catalogs of sub-indices are developed for all property types, including single family homes and condominiums
- Approximately 500 commercially available sub-indices provide visibility into ~85% of all Forward Sortation Areas (FSAs) (a geographical unit based on the first three postal code characters) in Canada and ~97% of residential property market value.
